Shipping Policy

How we ship your order

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3 days production time for your order to ship out. We ship to countries of United States, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom. Estimated shipping times are between 10 to 20 business days. Depending on the package, customs, holidays of the destination, shipping times can be varied.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier depending on your area. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with you regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

We do not hold responsibility for packages that has incorrect shipping address and lost or stolen in the neighborhood

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Tracking your order

Once you place an order, you will receive order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive a shipping email that your order is ready to be shipped.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 days from the time you place your order for its status to update.

 

Customs

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped out. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
